We process personal data for the purposes of providing optimum healthcare, sending important updates to you and providing you with news about treatments and what is happening at the clinic and information about our services and promotions. Your personal information will never be passed to third parties unless we are making a professional referral for you. If we have your consent for referral to another healthcare provider we will send them just the information that they need to provide the necessary assessment, tests or treatments.

How we store information We store your personal information securely on our computer system. Only those working at the clinic have access to your information. They understand their legal responsibility to maintain confidentiality and follow practice procedures to ensure this.We take precautions to ensure the security of the clinic premises and computers.We use high-quality specialist software to record and use your personal information safely and effectively. Our computer system has a secure audit trail, and we back up information routinely.Sharing informationTo provide you with appropriate care, we might need to share personal data with the following; however, only the minimum information required will be shared:A health professional who is caring for you, Your GP or consultant, Safeguarding organisations.
Duty of confidentiality Exceptional circumstances might override the duty to maintain confidentiality. We will inform you of requests to share personal information where possible.
